Bought my 325i from them in July. Outstanding internet sales dept. The entire car buying process went smooth, no-pressure, and as advertised. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but snagged one for me that was intended for a KS dealership so that I wouldn't have to pay the price increase. When my car arrived, it's windshield was cracked, which they took care of right away (giving me a sweet 5 as a loaner). Perhaps nothing terribly out of the ordinary, but I was quite pleased with their general level of courtesy and professionalism.
Can't speak to their service dept as yet, but what I have seen so far has been great!
