DB - snow/ice is the only issue. Sure the car gets covered in muck for half the year but I just wash it a lot. Not once had muck been an issue traction-wise and I find no issues with the car in wet conditions (unless it's flooding!).

Honestly it was out of action for only two weeks in last years (very unusual for Cornwall) snow. This years coincided with buying the Landy so the novelty effect meant we used it all the time for a bit. Driven the BM a few times in the last month and loved it. We don't commute and do few business trips so we can use either car. Just not worth spending £500+ on Winter tyres when we have a Landy with them already fitted that's 1000121214515 times more capable in adverse conditions.

Same as I won't use the Landy to go razzing about in!

Saves adding mega miles to the BM too!
