That 2.24 60' is brutal. Switching to smaller, stickier tires always helps especially if you are having issues launching. AT or MT? Are you bringing your tires and engine to temp before your runs? I think with some practice alone you can get down to 12.3-12.4 consistently because your 60' will improve every time as you learn how to get the car to squat down
