I've been getting the same thing on my 335 for about two months now. I've got a MT as well. When I start it cold it will idle like an old diesel for about 30 seconds and then smooth right out. Does it every time. I've got the BT scanner and I'm not throwing any codes at all. I've brought it to the dealer twice now and they say they can't replicate it, which is BS. It's going in next week for squeaky breaks and I'm going to make sure it sits over night there and then the wait for me to get there to start it. It sucks that my two year old bmw ideals 10 X worse then my wives 8 year old subaru.
