It isn't difficult to do the minor services/ oil changes yourself these days especially with excellent DIY tutorials. The $ you have saved in servicing costs you can buy your own coffee machine and various tools (socket set, screwdrivers, torque wrenches etc)

For the record, retain all your purchase receipts i.e 5L of oil from SCA and fill out the logbook yourself.

When it comes time to sell you can use the receipts as proof that the car had been serviced on the dates in the logbook.
