Depends on your budget, even the RE050 as a non RFT are not bad but there are some tires a little less expensive that perform just as good if not better.
I'm assuming your looking for a summer tire only. If you want something that performs well you might want to look into Nitto NT05.
If you get a flat, call a tow truck. Some people put a can of fix a flat in the trunk but that might not always work. Others put a repair plug kit and air compressor. Depends on how far you want to go.
