You're wrong. A 19 x 10 wheel with a final offset of 17 (your claim, not mine--I have no idea where you got this number) will have 7mm more clearance on the strut side but stick out 19mm additional than a 9.5 et 30 wheel. If you look at those pictures of the 9.5 et 30 wheels and think you have 19mm more to give, then go ahead. You seem to know everything anyway, so go for it...
