Sorry to high jack the thread, but if you find it let me know.

I am going to do it myself. I am going to buy a piece of trim to test it on first. A buddy of mine does some CF work, so I am going to let him teach me. The key is definitely the clear coat and sanding/polishing it. Making the finish look deep.

I had a gear shift knob once that was hydro dipped CF and it looked good, but still not the same as real CF. It just didn't have the depth to it.
