Ok well they will surely die/fail pre-maturely if you don't heat sink them at 30mA.
The LEDs I used for my angel eyes are run at about 15mA. Max drive current is 80mA. They don't get warm (never hot) at all after an extended amount of time on.
You should think about either adding a strip of aluminum with some pins or fins on the back to dissipate heat. Use thermal adhesive to mount the aluminum to the LEDs. Or lower the drive current.
