WOW, I will take my car to the dealer this afternoon and get it appraised -- all of my "upgrades" are purely OEM. I have never heard that any dealer gives you even close value of what you paid for the ZSP, new tires, and any OEM stuff.
The seller here, however, put $15k in upgrades into the used car and expects to price it at the car price (which obviously over the brand new invoice) plus those $15k...
