Noticed my right front was slowly going flat the past about a month ago. Took it off and sure enough there was a nice ~1" screw.
Pulled it out, plugged it and it's been fine since. Idk about not repairing runflats...haven't had any issues with the kit I've been using the past x years...if anything happens, I'll just grab another tire from the garage and swap it out.
