bump threw off your alignment, that happens, slow down....
the tie rod issue may be legit or bullshit. either way it is most likely unrelated to the bump.
if it bent the tie rod, then yea the bump did damage, but a bump can't seize up a nut on a tie rod, thats crazy talk. something else seized it up like road salt or someshit.
summary... bump creates need for alignment, prior seized nut on tie rod makes alignment a bitch to do.
second possibility, dealer wanted more money and lied about a seized part.
