I would love if this were true. I expect to see some significant changes to the 2011 3-series, but I just don't see how they could get the F30 released so quickly without some info being leaked about it at some point. Could be possible though, that the 2011 F30 sedan is introduced, and the 2011 e92 receives some major upgrades and then switches to the new platform next year.
