You will need a sport wheel with cutouts, sport airbag, paddles, and the wiring. I used the JDB kit and it worked flawlessly. The whole thing did end up costing several hundred dollars, with the majority of that being the airbag. It's not a cheap mod, but I love it and when I sell the car I can return it to stock and sell back the parts.
Swap is easy. Maybe 3-4 hours tops.
