My experience w/ BMW of Riverside is fantastic. But then again my family is there A LOT. The service and sales staff knows my dad by name and recognizes me and my brother from our cars. I give them a thumbs up
but like dealing with any service/sales people - I think if you are courteous and respectful they are more likely to be also.
