I'm looking at realoem.com now and I'm more confused than ever.

My production date is 9/2008 if anyone feels like helping.

I'm guessing that I need part number 36136775937 but that is only a guess, the part number for the valve stem is not listed for anything other than Canadian versions? I'm assuming "Tyre Pressure Control" is TPMS?

Forgot to mention previously that I also have a set of Style 157 wheels (my winter set) and the valve stems (and new sensors) that I got from Tire Rack worked fine on those.

Would prefer if possible to get a good part number and order from Tischer not my local dealership, as Tischer is actually on the way to the shop that is refinishing my wheels, so that would work out well...

Edit: I'll be damned. Looked up a 2009 328i with Style 157 wheels and the p/n for "SCREW IN VALVE (RDC)" is 36111095375 which was discontinued and superseded by 36146792829 - so apparently there are different stems used for different wheels. (or is it just the 230s and that's why this hasn't come up more often?)

Now why does realoem list part numbers but BMW dealer says I need to look at stem color?
