Just wanted to say thanks for this walk through I just performed it today. Also, I know it says you need to install the thermostat after the pump but I was able to install the t stat first and then the pump. It took me about 3 hours to get everything apart and less than an hour to get it back in this way. Setting the torque on the top bolt gets a bit trickier but this seemed much easier to do this way.
