v1.45, compared to v1.4 changes the way the car comes on boost at lower throttle angles. I think it feels a tiny bit more natural. But i'm just picking nits here. Also delayed the boost taper point from 6500rpm to 6800rpm so you get 300rpm more of full boost. Made some changes to the 2000-3000rpm so that the car can be steady-state loaded on a load bearing dyno for longer period of time without inducing knock retard. Still not a nice thing to do (especially if the dyno facility doesn't have strong fans) but the added margin of safety is there just in case it is needed.
