They are different but not by much. The buttom that ataches to the bumper has a dip in. They are identical to the non m sport one in those places where I have "the rub" going on.
If you haven't bought the tires yet I would suggest going with 235/265 because you will rub (with Ps2's or any other tire with square sidewall thats as tall as PS2's), take my word for it.
Michelin's are great handlers yet I noticed that the sidewall of 35 looks like a 40 almost. I was able to stick 2 fingers between the fender and a tire, now its just one.
