Try upping the pressures if you are still running the same as the old runflats. You may find you don't need a suspension upgrade at all -- the OEM pressures help to counteract the bad runflat ride, but are too low for the softer conventional sidewalls. Try 38 all around and see what you think, before you do anything else.
