You can say that! According to George, the MULF2-High module can provide Bluetooth functionality as well. I am skeptical about that, as my research tells me that I need a TCU module. If what he says is true, for some without BT feature, it'd would cost them about 500 dollars to retrofit the car to have fully intergrated BT. That is fantastic.
Update 1: According to Sparcomx (George) in his own post:

Telephone functions are not implemented in this control module. Dammit! at least I was excited for a day!
