I don't know that it was a failed wastegate or not, which according to everything I've read on the warranty says that's whats covered. I am going to call BMW AG tomorrow and start seeing what the process is. Anyone else have this issue or recommend anyone to talk to dealer or indy?

I have the similar situation with similar mileage. FBO now, not sure if I should take everything off and try and warranty.
