Sean, I believe you're supposed to reset the NFRM by changing the job to SG_CODIEREN one you finish writing the VO. I tried the same on my 2010 (FRM3) and ran I to the same issues you did so I just coded the cold bulb check values afterward.

I'd also like to know what step I missed or if this is an issue that only affects 2010 US cars with FRM3.
