Yeah, sorry I didn't post earlier about this, but I have been driving her all night, can you blame me?
I talked to the mechanic who looked at the two stock numbers, they are different. They look the same from the outside though, but different part numbers. Didn't ask for those numbers but he has been brutally honest with me in the past (actually everyone at the dealership has been) so I see no reason for him to lie.
