carnuts3, granted i understand that everyone coming out with a md, jd, or mba do not make 150k automatically, but if you look at students graduating from top 25 schools, they usually end up doing well for themselves. if not in the 150k+ range, they're more likely going to be in the six-figure range.
and yes, i was grossly overstating that there are plenty of professions. i guess i can really only think of those three that actually pay that much out of school. i guess my point was that within those three professions, it's entirely probable that a person can make that much just after graduation. although, i can't really understand why employers are willing to pay that much for someone that has no real practical experience.
