Why wouldn't you read the fine print before you signed on the line (and then blame the dealership for not giving you a deal)? Caveat Emptor...
I have to say initially I wasn't too happy with BoM, but they have certainly turned it around in my book. They have met and exceeded my expectations every time since my first visit.
