My tyre pressures for the 330d M Sport LCI on 18s are:

Normal: 39 PSI (2.7 Bar) 44 PSI (3.0 Bar)
Fully Laden: 45 PSI (3.1 Bar) 50 PSI (3.5 Bar)

which are higher than my pre-LCI 330d.

However, I've just had new non run flats fitted and initially set them to the above pressures but they dont suit the tyre IMO. The steering seemed to get quite heavy and turning the wheel seemed like driving through treacle the steering was that stiff! Weird. The steering just seemed to have a tendency to want to return back to the centre position all the time.

So I've set them at 35 and 41 and this seems fine. Its not a big change in pressure but I've just done 5 days in the Lake District and very happy with these pressures. Of course the pre-LCI is different as the base door plate pressures are different in the first place.
