i'd say its way too high for an 09 since the 10's are out now.

I got an 09 335i coupe in July, loaded except for M-sport and Sirius

MSRP: $53k
Selling: $46k

3yr lease, 10k miles/yr
$3k down
$547.50/month + tax = $600.00
