Hi, yesterday while i was driving my e90 2011 the DPF light came on

As we dont have long roads here so that the dpf can perform regeneration itself i bought a dpf cleaner and mixed it up with fuel but i doubt it can work.

Is there anything i could buy to perform the regeneration my self .

Also in the coming days im about to change the diesel filter and while i was searching the net i found that after the diesel filtwr is changed it needs to bleed out the air, then i found that by inserting the car key in the ignition and pushing 1 time the start button and leave the car for 1 minute like that it bleeds out the air alone but im abit sceptic, can anyone tell me how can i do it pls
