Just a guess.... but the only warranty it will void, is the warranty on your exhaust. I think there is a law that states that the dealer has to prove that the exhaust caused another problem on the car in order for them to void it on that particular part... hope that made sense
Now that doesn't mean that the dealer will follow it. Some really sh!tty dealers will just say.... the exhaust made your car go faster which put more wear on your brakes as you had to brake harder now.. hence now your warranty on your brakes is voided.
So it really depends on the dealer on whether or not it will be covered.... but in the real world, it should not void your warranty.
