That is anal rape if you're paying over 1000 in MACO and additional fees! Negotiate it without the MACO fee. If they say things like we can't take that off legal, ask them to take it from the price of the vehicle. When I got mine, I pushed pretty hard but I didn't bother with the MACO, which was around 500 or something. Not worth my time, I was just happy to buy the car.
