yes they remind me of Euro N53 Stock Exhaust manifolds, Euro 5 compliant. Parts 18407568613, 18407568614.
I wonder if these N53 parts would work too, and if so, which would flow better.

Which , in turn look like 2006 130i/330i Euro N52 exhaust manifolds,Euro 4 compliant:
