Yeah, the POIs are read on demand every time (which is why your DVD keeps spinning when you drive around even if you don't have the NAV on) so it doesn't need to update anything in the NAV system itself.

Nice! I actually thought that maybe I took the old dvd out and put the same one in (Same dvd-r for both copies). Switched and still nothing. Thanks for the info.
