Definitely do the oil yourself. It's even easier to change the oil in my E90 than it was to change in the B5 since the filter is on top. Just need the right tools which for your car shouldn't be different from mine. You can borrow the tools from me if you want or we can hook up one day to do it. As far as the other stuff, that scope charge is BS but what are you gonna do about it unless you have an OBD tool for BMW (I don't have one because the price is a rip off and you can only work on 1 car with it unless you pay an obscene amount for the pro license). The FI cleaning I've never done and can't see it being worth it. I just put a bottle of techron in my tank every 5000 miles or so.
