I just took my car in yesterday, and they said they will add me to the list.
I guess it may be worth giving them a call and say you know that there is new software in the works for this issue and you want them to let you know when it becomes availabel so you can take your car in.
I really hope it fixes it this time, I hate having people in the car when it does it as tehy probably think my clutch control is pants
