I dropped off my bumper on Thursday morning. Paul was the contact person and was very professional and said he could get it around in 2 days and explained a bit about the process.
I called in Friday to check if I can pick it up on saturday. All good, I showed up around 12pm and little did I know they close at 1.30pm. I come from NJ and coming back again is not just pain but costs toll etc. The guys understood that and walked the extra mile to install it.
In short, Paul and John are great guys to work with!!
