It's not difficult Charles. The only challenge is to handle the rubber seals of the front & back windshield when removing & reinstalling them. The rubber seals are relatively cheap, so I suggest to replace them for the perfect fitment.
To my standard, there is NO aftermarket performance shop in Vietnam yet.
There's 1 good alignment shop owned by an Australian mechanic. & it's THE shop that we use for alignment & lowering cars.
You will do VERY WELL if you own an aftermarket performance shop for German cars here in general, & BMW specifically, because the dealer here (there's only ONE BMW dealer/importer here called Euro Auto) WILL NOT install any parts, even BMW Performance parts, if not bought from them.
FYI, I got the Performance brakes installed from outside, then, I brought the car to the dealer to bleed the brakes again just to be safe.
That's how bad the aftermarket performance situations in VN.
I'm praying there soon to be a knowledgeable BMW specialist here. The shop will do so well.
However, the downside is the cheap labor & you have to be competitive with the dealer. I still think a good BMW specialist will blow this 1 dealer out of the water.
Do pay a visit!!!

but why didnt you opt for the bmw PE?

I get different info on the PE for my 325i. Some said it's just the rear muffler.
Some said it has the pipe, but not from the header.
I like the fact that Eisenmann is more well known for their exhaust application. Also, the PE is not as unique as the Eisenmann's. I'm the first 1 who run the Eisenmann's in HCM city :-)
I'm sure everything has a price of it.

There are only 2 M3's in HCM city. 1 is an e93, another is an e90. I'd love to get the e92 m3 but an M3 is $160k - $170k & Out of my reach at this time.
A new 325i here is $92k. Stupid import taxes here huh!
a used 08 - 09 335 is in my reach, but I'll be "shit-out-of-luck" if I run into the HPFP because the dealer here doesn't carry that model. For 3series, they only cary e90 & e93 320i & 325i. Not even e92.
For 328i, 330i, 335i, & M3, you'd have to import yourself or have someone else imported for you. The dealer wont.
I requested the dealer to import an e92 325i with manual transmission & I was willing to put 90% down payment & they could not do that reason being "we get a specific shipment/order from Germany, we can't do any special order at this point".
