My guess is - 330i from a standing start, then the 330d quickly catches up and overtakes with its midrange torque & turbo coming into play, then the 330i ultimately closes the gap and eventually overtakes with its higher top speed....(i think)

Depends on how many miles the 330i has - mine has ~40k miles and has less than 250bhp.
