No one makes "headers" for the N54 as far as I know. It's just a replacement for the exhaust manifold to be more performance optimized (better flow). I'm guessing due to the turbo placement and fitment, that is why no one bothered designing one. Headers on an NA car are more popular because it's a simpler, cheaper, drop-in design to increase exhaust flow.
For downpipes, the name describes it: it goes from the engine area/exhaust manifold down to the chassis level so the exhaust can run out to the rear.
