Grant it there are some guys who will go as far as shipping them junk in a box, i can not bother to go that far, but hell I do have some junk laying around my house which would be worth send to these scamers.

Two things.
#1 They never ship on their own account, they use an account # they have stolen so you are not costing them money, just the poor unsuspecting account owner.
#2 Sending them junk also costs the original scammed person money too since it is their account which gets the bill.
The only person who loses here is the person who had their FedEx/UPS account stolen.
