I had to give this guy a shout out he deserves much more!

Customer service at 250+% --this guy cares! He, once again (for the 1207th time), walked me through everything I needed help with on the Juice Box to help me with the error codes I was getting... Always helps with a laugh and is QUICK to reply - thanks Terry!!
