Russians wear seatbelts, Ukranians rip them out. I'm in Russia a lot being driven there scares the shit out of me, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I'm involved in something. But no matter how bad Russia is Ukraine is far, far worse, drivers there have no fear and I expect they expect to crash and crash often.
