I have no idea why it can't be a combined ALL/REST button? I mean leave it set to "ALL" while the car is running so you can change the temp controls... but the second you shut off the motor... you can use it as the "REST" feature.
Seems like all anyone has to do is hit the fan sped button once the motor is shut off to get the "equivalent" of a REST feature? For what it's worth... my '08 has the REST button.
