When I was a kid, Jaguar, to me, meant a long, sleek car (besides the logo). It was the car to be used in marriages

I look at the pics above and looking at the front, I think "Buick". Looking at the back I think "TL". What happened to the sleekness?
Is "Jaguar" only about the mesh grill and the logo now?
