Precisely....your 328i is at 52K.....even the naked 335 has alot of those options standard...ie. dakota leather, sunroof, etc...
Plus with the factory rebates on the 335...you can get a almost fully loaded 335 for 52K.....(I just got a 335i with nav/ipod,msport,audiophile,lumbar,auto, which msrp was 60K, with discounts/rebates i got it for 51K)..
But since you are still a student, the 328 is probably good for you..
