I can confirm that this is related to the map.
I updated the DME/ DDE this morning and as part of the update it's wiped the map (unfortunately) retried the same scenario and the issue does not reoccur.

Phone call to SC 1st thing to get my map back, might ask them to drop the boost by 200mb @ 4k onwards and see where we go from there
