I am offering up my completely stock 2011 BMW 328i Hardtop Convertible for Lease assumption. The car is roughly 16 months old and has always been garaged and meticulously cared for. The vehicle has never been driven in the winter, all services up to date, No Accidents and or issues.

Current Vehicle Mileage: 15,702 (Miles may go up as I drive it on the weekends to keep it from sitting)
Allowed Mileage: 12k year
Months Remaining: 21
Excess Charge Per Mile: $0.20 ($0.16 if purchased 6 months before Lease End Date)
Lease Start Date: 8/26/2011
Lease End Date: 8/26/2014
No Security Deposit
Residual: 36,297.25
Current Payoff: 45,196.01 (Good Through December 23, 2012)
Monthly Lease Payment: $556.68 + Tax (556.68 + 16.70 = 573.38)
Note: You will be responsible to pay only the tax in your own State.
BMW Lease Transfer Fee: $500.00 (Buyer is responsible for this fee and is paid directly to BMW.) Upon Successful completion I will refund the new buyer ½ of the transfer fee totaling $250.00.
My understanding is the process can take about 7-14 business days to complete while working diligently with BMW. I will do everything in my power to help expedite the process from my end. I understand it thoroughly as I have been on both ends of the Assumption process at one time or another.
The car is currently located in my garage in Clifton Park, NY (Suburb of Albany, NY, 2 hours north of New York City). I am willing to help and work with shipping arrangements or delivery of the vehicle at the buyer’s expense.
