I'd be more concerned about it's history and the previous two owners. A car having had two owners before you even have sat in it is NOT a good thing. Mileage is sort of low, which is good, but you never know, especially with two owners. If possible I'd ask for a full service history and exactly what repairs have been done to the car, but then again, they could hide stuff from you. If you have warranty obviously it makes the situation a little better but repairs are repairs. 5-6 years is a long time for a car that is already 4-5 years old.
I'm being honest with you here now, if you can get the G37S brand new and fully loaded I'm almost positive you won't regret it. That car will last a LONG time.
