For what I have read so far, not scientific/proven fact, the folks in CA have the most failed HPFP. It does not mean folks in other states don't have HPFP issue.
For me I guess I was lucky. 1/2 engine light was on (no reduced speed), long crank randomly in the morning. I took her to the dealer couple days later and got her back after few hours.

Yeah. I've heard of at least one case of an owner in the Miami area who had his replaced, although his is a 2009.
Anyway, I'm going to try and not think about it too much and enjoy driving this ultimate driving machine, but at the same time, knock on wood, hang a rabbit's foot on the rear view mirror, and hope for the best.
