this is a known and all too common problem.
happened to me also.

one or more of the actuators becomes faulty and draws too much current thus popping the fuse. When this happens the only way to unlock the car is with the manual key on the driver's side.

Replacing just the fuse does not fix the problem, just a symptom of the problem.
